From 2 to 4 and from 4 to 6

And just as we leave our workplaces for the weekend we get this little gem. Let's amend the Tennessee Constitution and let them keep their jobs even longer between accountability sessions.

*HJR 0017 by Rep. Gary Moore (D-Joelton)

Constitutional Amendments - As introduced, extends terms of members of the house of representatives from two to four years and terms of members of the senate from four to six years. -

"...that in the November 2016 general election, Representatives elected in districts designated by even numbers shall be elected for four years and those Representatives elected in districts designated by odd numbers shall be elected for two years."

No. No. No.
