Judgments - As introduced, increases from 30 days to 45 days after the date a summons has been served upon the judgment debtor prior to execution or other process for enforcement of a foreign judgment. - Amends TCA Title 26.

Judgments - As introduced, requires a final judgment to include the full name of each person against whom a judgment is rendered, if known to the prevailing party. - Amends TCA Title 25.

Not exactly a liveable wage. No wonder those 12 men were angry.

Well, we're moving their graves for Super Wal-Marts---might as well feel free to move their holiday too. Wonder why it needs to be moved and/or why it's in September--whatever Monday. Obviously, we haven't been celebrating this one.

Workers Compensation - As introduced, increases from 10 to 15 days the period of time after expiration of a building permit that the county building commission has to return a certificate of insurance or a workers' compensation policy to the person who obtained the permit. - Amends TCA Title 13.

State Government - As introduced, requires that electronic copies of the state owned property inventory be provided to designated officials as well as paper copies. - Amends TCA Title 12.
