Big Brother sends out a sister to encourage us to rat each other out. Good grief can the Obama administration get anymore controlling?

Feel free to check the White House blog before it disappears.

I'll help them out. Use this link: flag@whitehouse.gov

Yea, we can't interfere with the 'Republican war on truth' and insurance company profits.

Are you a 'deather'?

So if it's wasn't OK for Nixon to have an enemies list why is it OK for Obama to create one?

It's outrageous that the Patriot Act allow listening in on non-citizen terrorist conversations but it's OK for citizens to turn one another in for daring to disagree with Obama's health care plan especially when his comments and the bill do not agree?

The issue is a tactic like turning in your neighbors which is usually a hallmark of totalitarian governments. Maybe YOU want to live in a country where the government censors free speech (even when it is wrong) but I'll fight it.

Was Hillary Clinton right or not when she said: "I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration."

Ellen,

There is a difference between government censoring speech and a private enterprise censoring speech--which you've just experienced.

I just changed my insurance policy last week. Same provider, just raised the deductible and got rid of the office visit copays so I can use a HSA as non-taxable income.

Obama's bill clearly says that I could not do this. I would be forced to go to the public option if I changed policies. Sure, if I like what I have I can keep it, BUT I CAN NEVER CHANGE AGAIN.

This has a lot of implications. Say you get married and want to change to "family" coverage. Or, someone is divorced and suddenly they only need to pay for "individual" coverage. Or, maybe your wife has another child or you adopt a child and they need to be added to your policy. Or, maybe you just want to shop around or you get new car/home insurance that gives you access to a group health insurance plan. None of these would be allowed to change. They would be forced onto Obamacare. No freedom. No choice. No hope for change.

His White house "blog" and his "minister of truth" Linda Douglass are liars. They simply are not showing you the whole truth. Notice they don't quote the actual bill to back up what they are saying. I really don't give a *#*# what "Obama said", because it's not what the bill he is pushing says.

You're absolutely right, Eric. What we know is that over time life changes.

So while Obama's words that what we have we can keep or that "my plan says" are technically true Congress is passing their own plan and Obama's words are of no comfort when that new baby comes along, or we change jobs.

And it is telling that they're not pointing to, for example, "Section 32, Paragraph B which clearly says..."
